Robbie Fowler is now a proud father for the fourth time after his wife Kerrie gave birth at the Liverpool Women's Hospital to a 7lbs 8oz baby boy at around 5.30pm yesterday.

It is the first son for the Fowler family, after three daughters.

The new arrival, who is yet to be named, came just hours after captain Steven Gerrard became a proud father for the second time.
